Florida now as 100,217 COVID-19 cases  – an increase of 2,926. Escambia County had four new cases, but with yesterday being Father’s Day, only 95 test results were entered in the system – per the dashboard.
However, the county surveillance report shows 12 new cases for Sunday, June 21 and 646 test results entered – the first time the graphs didn’t match.
The median age for the new cases was 51, none associated with local nursing homes or non-Florida residents. Â The positivity rate 1.9%, according to the surveillance report. Â We calculate it to be 4.2 % Â (4/95).
