Nodine update

Mobile Press Register: Baldwin County District Attorney Hallie Dixon has not decided whether she will retry former Mobile County Commissioner Stephen Nodine on murder and stalking charges. Until she does, Circuit Judge Charles Partin has said he will not rule on a defense request to relocate the proceedings. Such a relocation could cost taxpayers big bucks. Read more.
