One dollar a week to save lives

sick baby

That’s what we’re talking about – $4 a month for the average person if we pass the half-cent sales tax for primary health care.

How is that regressive? Is it better that they’re babies die, or they lose limbs due to diabetes or they suffer through numerous other serious health complications because their only doctor is the ER?

Paying a $1 a week seems pretty darn progressive to me.
