Pensacola adds 835 more people as of April 2014

The Office of Economic and Demographic Research released its population estimates for 2014 – both Escambia and Santa Rosa counties showed increases, primarily in the unincorporated areas.  The state of Florida has added 3.8 percent more people since April 2010 –Escambia County 2.1 percent, Santa Rosa County 5.6 percent.

The city of Pensacola has added 835 more people for a growth rate of 1.6 percent. The City of Milton added 490 people – 5.6 percent growth.
