Pensacola Plaza refinanced

Colliers International | Atlanta Capital Markets Group Vice President Forrest Speed has arranged the $6.4 million refinancing of Pensacola Plaza, a 115,597-square-foot, Class A office building in downtown Pensacola, Fl anchored by Coastal Bank & Trust.
