Pensacola Punks screening on Friday, May 19 [trailer]

The public is invited to a free screening of Pensacola Punks Friday, May 19 during Gallery Night at the Voices of Pensacola. The film will be on loop from 5-7:30 p.m. Filmmaker Ian Hamilton will be present and available for questions throughout the event.

Pensacola Punks is an effort to record the history and experiences of members of the punk and alternative scene in Pensacola, FL. Ian hopes to spark interest in an under-documented subculture by providing all of the interviews to Voices of Pensacola as oral histories for future researchers to access.
