Prediction: Hayward wins

Mike Wiggins failed to get a significant lead from the early voters, which were his base. I will go out on a limb and predict that Ashton Hayward will be Pensacola’s first strong mayor. Each precinct will push Hayward ahead. Wiggins had no ground game today.
