Prisoners used by BP at Dauphin Island

Visiting Dauphin Island,Ala. today. No tarballs, shore lined with hay. BP has a staging area under heavy security. Controversy over BP contractor using work release inmates. Mayor upset he wasn’t notified. The company, SG & S Oil Recovery Product LLC, was formed after the leak. Yet it got this contract. Local media doesn’t see anything wrong with that.
