■ Would supersede the existing contract and thus would commence January 9, 2015 and run through January 8, 2018;
■ In addition to an initial three (3) year term, it includes an option for the Board to vote for two (2) one-year (1) extensions;
■ Salary of $170,000 with $500 per month car allowance and a severance of twenty-five percent (25%) of the annual salary;
■ Allows Mr. Brown to commence leave accrual as an employee who has completed five (5) years of service for the County;
■ Provides for either an informal or formal annual performance review.
