Real News: Jared Moore on Maritime Park

City Council President Jared Moore has been vocal about what he doesn’t like about Carson Lovell’s vision for Lots Four and Five at the Community Maritime Park. He was my guest yesterday on NewsTalk 1370 WCOA.

The concept approved by the city council, by a 4-3 vote, included a parking garage, conference center, indoor entertainment facility and 80 workforce housing units.

The plan can be changed during the city’s negotiations with the developer. The council will workshop it next Wednesday.
