Reminder: FDOT I-10 public hearing tomorrow

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a hybrid public hearing concerning the I-10 Project Development and Environment Study from east of the Alabama state line to west of U.S. 29 Tuesday, April 6. The public hearing will begin with an informal open house from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a formal presentation and public comment period.

This hybrid hearing is being held both virtually and in-person to provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed improvements.

Citizens are strongly encouraged to attend online using GoToWebinar or through listen-only audio by dialing 1-562-247-8422, access code 436-463-655 (listen-only mode).  Those who are unable to participate virtually may attend the hearing in-person at Pine Forest Methodist Church, 2800 Wilde Lake Boulevard, Pensacola. Both virtual and in-person attendees must register online by visiting nwflroads.com/d3virtualmeetings, or contact Nikole Arrant, FDOT Project Manager, at narrant@hntb.com or via phone at (850) 415-9017 in order to participate.

Maps, drawings, and other project information will be available for review online beginning 12 p.m. CST Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at www.nwflroads.com/virtualmeetings.

Draft project documents are available for public review through Tuesday, April 20, 2021 by appointment only at HDR Engineering located at 25 West Cedar Street, Suite 200, Pensacola, FL 32502, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call (850) 429-8900 to schedule an appointment.  Draft project documents are also available for public review on
