Runners, walkers, and volunteers will gather at Maritime Park on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 7 a.m. to noon for the 4th Annual Rock4Vets 5K Run/Walk, hosted by Peoples Hospice Foundation.
The event brings the Pensacola community together to support veterans and their families across Northwest Florida who are navigating serious illness, grief, housing instability, or financial hardship. People can take part by running or walking the 5K, volunteering, sponsoring, donating, or simply showing up to cheer.
New this year: the Rock4Vets 250 Crew. In honor of the nation’s 250th anniversary, organizers are inviting 100 people, families, businesses, and community groups to join by giving or raising $250. Members will be recognized on the official Rock4Vets event page.
Funds raised help strengthen the circle of care surrounding veterans and families facing serious illness, grief, housing needs, or financial hardship.
After the race, guests can stick around for:
- Live music and entertainment
- Awards and recognition
- Food and refreshments
- Local vendors
- Family activities
Sponsorships range from $750 to $7,500 and include event recognition and additional marketing benefits.
