Rolling out red tape for small business in Pensacola

The Mayor-elect for St. Petersburg is Rick Kriseman. He posted on his Facebook page today:

Heard at Harvard’s Seminar on Transition and Leadership for Newly Elected Mayors: “We roll out the red carpet for big business and roll out the red tape for small business.”

This seems to apply to the City of Pensacola.
