Santa Rosa may not need Pcola

With the announcement that Pace is getting another large shopping center near Santa Rosa Commons. It may be time for Escambia County and Pensacola to realize that its eastern neighbor is close to becoming self-sufficient…at least retail-wise. (Pace shopping center planned )

The restaurants can now serve alcohol – which has opened the door for better restaurants. Gulf Breeze is getting a nice new Publix. All that is missing is a Target in south Santa Rosa County.

The world is changing and Pensacola and Escambia County officials are still in denial.
