Scott releases his 2020 plan

Gov. Rick Scott released this morning his 2020 plan …two years longer than his second term, if he is re-elected.

The plan calls for $1 billion in additional tax cuts for cell phones and business rental space, while increasing spending on higher education ($30M), K-2 education ($19.6B), Florida ports ($1B), Florida roads ($25B), and environment ($1B).
