So much for city transparency. Special meeting not televised

Unless there is some super-secret code to the City of Pensacola website, I can’t find the online stream to today’s Special Council Meeting on the city’s RESTORE Advisory representative. What the heck is going on?

This isn’t that hard, but maybe it’s there and I just can’t find the right link.
