With all the finger pointing by the state lawmakers over how local governments are growing and just keep absorbing property tax increases, the NY Times reports that Florida has the second largest unexpected state revenue increase in the country this year – $2,742,000,000.

State government isn’t hurting and they love to have everybody’s focus on county commissions.
