Studer: when micromanaging is effective [podcast]

Yesterday on “Pensacola Speaks,” Quint Studer discussed his upcoming PNJ column on micromanaging.


“Sometimes it can be detrimental, a sign of distrust,” said Studer. “Other times, it’s a sign of concern and good leadership. It’s often better to spend the time up front to make sure things are done correctly for the business.”
