Symphony loses director

Pensacola Symphony Orchestra Executive Director Edgar Herrera-Arizmendi has accepted a position with the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra.

From the PSO press release:

During his tenure with the Pensacola Symphony, he re-conceptualized the organization’s marketing strategy, boosting income from ticket sales and increasing the subscription renewal rate. He significantly increased donations to the annual fund, marking the highest growth in the organization’s history.
