Through a public record request, I received a April 25 letter from Escambia County Administrator Randy Oliver to TDC chair Denis McKinnon that stated the membership of the Tourist Development Commission complies with Florida statutes.
The three bed tax paying members are Nash Patel, Shirley Cronley and Tahisa Bivins. The non-paying ones are Nan Harper, Nancy Halford and Denis McKinnon.
