Terhaar writes he will not support modified zoning request on Spanish Trail property

Pensacola City Council Andy Terhaar had posted on the Facebook page “No to Dollar General at the Corner of Summit and Spanish Trail!!!” that he will not support the latest zoning change for property on on the corner of Summit Boulevard and Spanish Trail.

From Councilman Terhaar:

I want to let everyone know that I do not have a conflict of interest, as my firm does not represent the church anymore. I will not be supporting the rezoning of this property on Thursday.
