Tick, tick…Consolidation plan deadline approaches

The local legislative delegation will vote on Feb. 22 whether it will present a consolidation bill to the state legislature. All bills must be be turned in the first day of the 2010 session, March 2.

Our state representatives are either silent or non-committal on the plan. Only Dave Murzin returned our call and he is reading the plan now and hasn’t decided yet whether how he will vote on Feb. 22.
