Touart updates

The INDaily has been following up on the Touart/Bauer Road land deal. We have the statement that the County Administrator plans to read tomorrow before Board of County Commissioners; the statement of financial interests that Touart filed with Supervisor of Elections and a report of a new ethics policy Touart will recommend to the BOCC.
