Update: Nobles, Mack signs

Just got off the phone with Jack Nobles. He is not upset about the balloons on his opponent Diana Mack’s signs. What has upset him is that Diane Mack sandwiched his signs – i.e. cut off anyone from seeing them by placing signs on either side of them.
