Violence Recap for the week: Two shootings, Two possible homicides

These are the shootings and homicides culled from the websites of Escambia Sheriff’s Office and Pensacola Police Department:

Monday, Jan. 21
Pensacola Police investigate a fight that occurred among a group of females early this morning in Morris Court, and sent an 18-year-old female to a local hospital in critical condition. She later died.

Wednesday, Jan. 23
Pensacola Police investigate a shooting that occurred earlier this morning in the 200 block of East Hernandez Street and sent a woman to a hospital for treatment of a leg wound.

Friday, Jan. 25
At 1:50 pm deputies respond to a call of a possible body being located at 6901 Pensacola Blvd. When deputies arrived on-scene they learned from employees of the business that a body was located in a field area behind the business. Deputies located what appears to be a female victim with signs of foul play.
