WEAR TV interviews Studer

On WEAR TV 3, Dan Thomas interviewed Quint Studer yesterday on the progress of the Community Maritime Park. Here are two quotes from the broadcast:
“I’m a guy who’s not real patient. I’d like to see it move a little quicker. It’s not so much that people are moving slowly. It’s just I’d like to move it quicker because I think from an economic viewpoint we need those 1500 jobs with benefits desperately in our community.”

“My goal is to have it open up with a big Jimmy Buffet concert. That’s what I think we want to do. We want to open it with a real celebration, a festival and I’m an optimist and I’m still hoping it gets done for the 2009 450 year celebration of our founding of our community.”
