That’s the question that is buzzing around town this weekend. It all started with the PNJ article on the District 4 City Council race. The daily lists Marty’s address as 223 East Government Street – which is his real estate office and outside his district. This is also the mailing address that Marty gave the Supervisor of Elections and is on his campaign finance reports.
Divorce papers filed with the Clerk of Courts state his address is 2331 Sugartree Court, which would put him in District 4.
