ECUA’s deal with Escambia County over relocation of Main St. Sewage Plant is falling apart.

County Administrator George Touart is worried about impact of possible property tax caps. Whitehead wants more concessions from ECUA.

Looks like the plan still has three votes – Robinson, Valentino and Young. But it’s shaky once again.
