Who wants to develop design criteria for CMPA?

Here is the list of firms that responded to the RFQ for the design specs for the Vince Whibbs, Sr. Community Maritime Park. There are 9 groups – several partnered on their proposals – from Pensacola, New Orleans, Montgomery, Atlanta and Sarasota.
