Zeta heading toward Biloxi

Zeta is strengthening quickly this morning is expected to strengthen into a Category 2 hurricane with 100-110 mph winds before the center makes landfall first near Grand Isle, La. between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. this afternoon and then near Biloxi, Miss. by very early this evening as a Category 2 hurricane with 100 mph winds.

Escambia and Santa Rosa counties are expected to received this afternoon and tonight tropical storm conditions – winds 35-40 mph and storm surge 3-5 feet.
