Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) tweeted today that he is among the Republicans in self-quarantine after learning that he came into contact with someone who tested positive for the coronavirus at last month’s Conservative Political Action Conference.

The Florida House was evacuated briefly this afternoon after it was revealed five members attended the same Conservative Political Action Conference.
The News Service of Florida reported:”… worries about the virus hit home when the House took a recess Monday afternoon because of concerns that five members had attended conferences in Washington, D.C., that included participants who subsequently tested positive for the coronavirus. The five House members were cleared to return to Monday’s floor session.”
