According to the weekly reports on COVID testing among children, they had a positivity rate 19.2% on 458 test results for Aug. 1 through Aug. 7.
While testing has dropped each week, the positivity rate has climbed from 16.6% to 19.2%.

The rate for the adult population – including the first results from the Century state prison – was only 14.9% for the same period in August.
For the first 10 days of August, the new cases for ages 0-14  and the same as 75 and over  – 90 new cases.
The 15-34 age group has a third of the new cases – 606;  35-54:  672 (37%); and 55-74: 376 (20%)
