Due to Tropical Storm Sally and expected deteriorating conditions, Community Health Northwest Florida (CHNWF) made the following decisions to protect staff and patients:
- Jordan Street Walk-in and Pediatric Convenient Care will close at 6 p.m. tonight.
- ALL CHNWF locations will be CLOSED tomorrow. The remainder of the week’s operating hours TBD/announced tomorrow afternoon.
- There will be no mobile testing tomorrow (Tiger Point Park, Gulf Breeze) or Wednesday (Cantonment Pediatrics). Remainder of week’s testing schedule is TBD.
