The Town of Century finally provided NorthEscambia.com with a copy of Urban Development Center’s partial loan repayment. Will Reynolds reported this morning, “Monday, Town Clerk Leslie Howington provided a copy of a $20,000 cashier’s payable to the Town of Century from The Urban Development Center.”
