Breaking: DeSantis suspends Garcon bridge toll for another 30 days

State Rep. Alex Andrade texted Inweekly that Governor Ron DeSantis has agreed to lift the $5 toll on the Garcon Point Bridge for 30 more days. The decision will allow time for the Florida Department of Transportation to negotiate a deal with Skanska USA, whose barges put the Pensacola Bay Bridge out of commission.
