Sources shared with Inweekly last night that the hold up on the Major Disaster Declaration was FEMA checking on the paperwork submitted to FEMA by Santa Rosa County. President Trump has a rally this evening in Jacksonville. He is expected to announced the declaration either en route when questioned by the media or at the rally. Stay tuned.
