Chamber has questions

In the ongoing effort to increase public awareness about where candidates for local office stand on issues important to the business community, the Greater Pensacola Chamber has released its candidate questionnaire to candidates running for Escambia County Commission, Pensacola Mayor and Pensacola City Council.

“Part of our new mission at the Chamber is to educate local voters about where the candidates stand on issues that are important to the business community,” said Greater Pensacola Chamber Chairman Steve Moorhead. “These surveys cover a wide array of issues and will allow the candidates the opportunity to explain their vision for our city and county.”

Candidates will have until Monday, July 9 to fill out and return their surveys. Once the survey answers are compiled, the Greater Pensacola Chamber will release the survey responses to the public.
