The Federal Grand Jury asked for city records concerning its Requests for Investment bids from Jan. 1, 2010 through Dec. 31, 2013. Inweekly has reviewed the over 700 pages released by the city. Nothing stood out as out of the ordinary, other Pam Childers telling Todd O’Brien of BBVA Compass in July 2011 that she was running for Clerk of Court in 2012 – ImRunning
