Emerald Coast Utility Authority executive director Steve Sorrell and its outside attorney Bradley Odom resigned today.
No reason was given. ECUA observers believe the resignations were tied to either the grand jury report, which has been hidden from the public since July, or the malpractice lawsuit against Odom’s firm over the way it handled a 2007 eminent domain lawsuit with The Lewis Bear Company about a sewer pipe easement.
