FPBA has record issues with TEAM Santa Rosa

The Florida Police Benevolent Association is claiming TEAM Santa Rosa has not complied with its public record request concerning Management Training Corporation. They requested copies of the minutes from a TEAM Santa Rosa meeting on November 18, 2008 and were told by Cindy Anderson, the executive director, that no minutes were taken at the meeting. The FPBA was given emails setting up the meeting, the meeting agenda and a sign-in sheet.

G. “Hall” Johnson, general counsel for the FPBA, sent a certified letter, dated July 13, to Roy Andrews, the attorney for TEAM Santa Rosa, seeking that the TEAM Santa Rosa “perform a complete review of the requests and supply it with any documents not previously provided.”
