The City of Pensacola’s Gateway Review Board will consider at its next meeting the conceptual plan for 101-room Hilton Garden Inn on the corner of South Ninth Avenue and Colfax Street and near the Gulf Power’s corporate headquarters. The board is scheduled for 11 a.m. on March 13 at Pensacola City Hall. See Ninth_Hilton.

More concrete yet still no new infrastructure. Get your boats ready!
Where is this in relation to the prior mixed use project that was proposed for this area and also the Starwood branded hotel that was proposed for this area. I’d love to see that kind of density especially if spurs some restaurant/entertainment options in that area.
