MPDP has $300K+ default judgment

It’s Case No. 2010-CA-1657 – a default final judgment by Wells Fargo Bank vs. LCG Mesa, LLC and Scott Davison. Maritime Park Development Partners is being hit with the default judgment for “failure to answer the Writ of Garnishment issued by the Clerk on July 16, 2010.

Amount of the Judgment: $374,860.71 plus interest at the per diem rate of $81.05 from April 6, 2010.
