Santa Rosa County Commission has canceled its Feb. 25 adoption hearing to expand borrow pits and resource extraction in the vulnerable Wellfield Protection Area serving 86,000 south Santa Rosa County residents.  A new “Comp Plan Transmittal Update†will be held Tuesday, Feb.9, at the Board of County Commissioners Agenda Review meeting at 8:30 a.m.
