On “Pensacola Speaks,” Quint Studer discussed his upcoming column for the Pensacola News Journal. He talked about how to deal with pushback when changes are announced in an organization.
“Pushback in inevitable,” he said. “Many times it has nothing to do with the proposed task. It can very well be the person is trying to figure out how they will be affected.”
