According to the Crystal Spencer, the attorney for the Billings children, there was a business relationship between the Billingses and Henry “Cab” Tice.
“I spoke with Ashley (Markham) and this is what we know,” Spencer says. “Markham Auto financed the floor plans of Henry Cabell Tice’s auto dealership. Worldco Financial Services financed the purchases of Tice’s customers.”
Spencer would not comment on whether Tice owed Billings or his businesses any money.
