Buzz: Hope Lunsford to file for ECUA District 5

Sources have told Inweekly that Hope Lunsford, wife of Escambia County Tax Collector Scott Lunsford, plans to file to run for the District 5 seat on the Emerald Coast Utility Authority Board. The seat is currently held by Larry Walker, who has served on the board since 1988.
